Although in modern society we usually perceive our body either in connection with its aesthetics or as an object to use, it actually plays a central part in our existence and our personal development. Through the body we exist, we act and interact, we think, we feel.

The moment we actually manage to come in touch with its inwardness, our body is transformed into a source of vitality, presence, stability, adaptability, creation and knowledge.

Moving being aims at accompanying man into a process of evolution and revival of his relation with his own self, for improving his personal and professional life, through training him to the awareness and expression of this inwardness.

The approach is based on the French Method of adult education, called Perceptual Education (formerly known as Somatic-Psychoeducation) and on the power of expression through improvisation.
